Thousands of runners are expected to cross the finish line when the event’s take place on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th September 2019.

Each amazing medal has its own unique design, colour and ribbon, which every runner can be proud of when they reach the finish line. The Half Marathon Medal is edged in green with matching ribbon, while the round Mini Marathon Medal has a design with red trim. Finally the Nottingham Mile Challenge medal, has an interesting cut out design and a striking black and yellow ribbon.

Judith Manson, Race Director, said: “We are thrilled to unveil this year’s medals, the race medals have always incorporated the history and character of this great city and we love the new look design featuring the iconic stag, a symbol of the city and the race. If runners are lucky on Sunday 29th September they might just see one of these impressive animals as they run through Wollaton Deer Park, a favourite spot on this picturesque route.

We’re looking forward to celebrating all our runner’s successes, by placing them round their necks once they cross that finish line symbolising their great achievement.”
