What's Your Aim for the Ikano Bank Robin Hood Marathon Events weekend?
Will it be aiming for a personal best, trying to avoid blisters, raising money for a good cause or just spending more time with the family? Whatever your target, in 2019 Ikano Bank have launched their 'What's Your Aim?' campaign to help you achieve it.
To help motivate you, they've teamed up with Paralympic gold medalist and world record holder Richard Whitehead MBE. His story can help inspire you to achieve any target in life, and if your aim is running the half marathon, Richard has shared some top tips and a training guide to help you achieve this.
Ikano Bank is celebrating seven years as the main sponsor of the Robin Hood Marathon Events. The bank uses this partnership to promote health and wellbeing activities in the local community and schools in Nottingham. 'Community' is embedded in everything Ikano Bank does, which is why they also support social initiatives where it can make a difference. This includes the award-winning financial education programme, Cheese Matters and its on-going partnership with Nottingham Academy to deliver employability and skills workshops.
