With 8,000 Half Marathon runners and 1,500 Mini Marathon runners in 2012 we are hoping to attract even more people to run on our proven fast courses this year!
The Ikano Robin Hood Half Marathon takes place on a proven flat and fast course. The race was won in a time of 61.39 in 2012, the second fastest half marathon time recorded in the UK that year. The course skirts the City Centre, encompasses the beautiful grounds of University of Nottingham and takes in views of the river Trent. It's an ideal course for beginners, improvers, seasoned professionals all the way through to elites.
The Ikano Robin Hood Mini Marathon and Schools Challenge is run over a 2.5 Kilometre (1.5 mile) beautiful route along the river Trent. It’s open to absolutely anyone and is ideal for runners looking for a shorter distance challenge and their friends and family who wish to support their runners all the way to the finish.
